When will my order ship?
We ship our packages via USPS Monday through Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-10 business days from when they were placed. Holiday shipping times may vary.
What are my shipping charges?
We have linked our products with USPS API and hence shipping cost displayed on the checkout process for different shipping methods is the actual shipping cost. We do not mark up shipping costs. We also do not charge your credit card again for shipping costs.
Does the shipping cost include insurance?
For your convenience, we have provided the option to buy insurance during the checkout process. The amount of insurance is calculated and supplied by USPS through API.
When would I get delivery?
We hand over items of your order to the shipping carrier in 1-10 business days. You will be able to track your order at USPS.COM. Our system will email you tracking numbers as soon as USPS accepts your package and enters it into their system.
