Return/Exchange Policy

Our return/exchange policy provides a timeframe of 7 days from the date of purchase for customers in the United States, and 14 days for Africa and the rest of the world. If more than the specified time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

Please contact us via email at with your Invoice number within 3 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be included in your shipment. Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number, as it helps us match the return shipment to your order. Ship return items within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items include:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during a sale

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any resulting loss in value.

No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days from the date of online or phone purchase.

Reporting Damage During Transportation:

Damage incurred during transportation must be reported to within 5 calendar days. Returns will only be issued if the shipping carrier acknowledges the damage.

Approved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, minus shipping costs (unless the product defect is due to manufacturing). Please note that it may take up to 30 days for credit to be processed.
