Return Policy


Our return/exchange policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. This is for customers in the US, and 14 days for Africa and the rest of the world. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packaging. 

To return an item, contact us by email at with the Invoice number within 3 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number to include on your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without a return authorization number as we can not match the return shipment to your order. Ship return items back within 7 days of the return authorization. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective: 

* Custom or personalized orders 

* Perishable products (like food or flowers) 

* Digital downloads 

* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 

* Items on sale 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

No returns are accepted after 30 calendar days from online OR over the phone purchase date. 

Damage during transportation needs to be reported at within 5 calendar days. The return will be issued only if the shipping carrier agrees to damage. 

Approved returns will be subject to 15% restocking fees. 

Credit will be issued to the credit card used for original purchase less shipping cost (unless manufacturing product defect) merchandise has been received and inspected. 

Credit can take up to 30 days to process.
