Our commitment is to ship your handmade doll promptly, but starting December 1, 2023, please be aware of our extended turnaround time of 8-12 weeks from the purchase date.
For secure delivery, we offer shipping via priority, UPS, or USPS with tracking and insurance for an additional $15 at checkout. Opt for added protection with the signature confirmation option at $3.10. Ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid potential re-shipping costs.
If expedited shipping is required, we offer this service for an additional $45 USD rush fee per doll, with orders shipped within 7-10 business days from the rush payment date. Limited slots are available, so contact us at contact@blackdollsmatter.com immediately after placing your order, providing your order number.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. We are closed all holidays.
