Members may not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
• Post hateful, abusive, violent, or harmful content.
• Share misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited promotions, or unauthorized advertisements.
• Collect or misuse personal information belonging to other members.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the community for unlawful activities.

Black Dolls Matter® reserves the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate conduct or content.

Members retain ownership of the content they create and share within the community.

By posting content, you grant Black Dolls Matter® a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within community spaces, educational materials, and promotional efforts related to the community.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any content you post.

All Black Dolls Matter® trademarks, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, videos, written materials, educational resources, and related content remain the intellectual property of Black Dolls Matter® and their respective creators.

Community membership does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise use Black Dolls Matter® intellectual property without prior written permission.

Members are expected to respect the privacy of others.

Do not share another member’s personal information, private communications, photographs, or identifying details without their consent.

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information.

Black Dolls Matter® reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that harms the community.

Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Repeated violations of community guidelines.
• Harassment or abusive conduct.
• Spam or unauthorized promotional activity.
• Misrepresentation or fraudulent behavior.
• Activities that threaten the safety, wellbeing, or integrity of the community.

Account termination decisions are made at the discretion of Black Dolls Matter®.

From time to time, Black Dolls Matter® may offer stewardship, memberships, donations, subscriptions, or other forms of community support.

Benefits, offerings, and participation opportunities may change as the community evolves.

Supporting the community does not create ownership rights, governance authority, or entitlement to future benefits unless specifically stated.

The community is provided on an “as available” basis.

Black Dolls Matter® makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, availability of specific features, or outcomes resulting from participation in the community.

Content shared by members reflects the views of those individuals and does not necessarily represent the views of Black Dolls Matter®.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the community after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
